For
the follow up to the Sailor Moon S fighting game Angel decided to add
Chibimoon
to the story mode character roster, add Sailor Saturn to the versus
character
roster, and increase the CPU speed and difficulty. There's just
something
cool about putting senshi against senshi, as they yell out their
special
attacks. Don't think that this game is going to be easy just
because
it says Sailor Moon on it. It is a very challenging and fun
fighting
game, especially with two players. It also has an ability
customization
system, which lets you customize the abilities and strengths of your
character.
While some of the backgrounds are different and now all the senshi are
selectable as playable characters, I still prefer the Sailor Moon S
fighting
game over this one. To me the Sailor Moon S fighting game simply
plays a little smoother. They're both solid entries however and
both
are worth your time.

| The character selection screen serves as a VS battle royale of Sailor Moon series main characters. | The playing field is leveled as it's weapon against weapon but Saturn still has an advantage by being small. |

| Sailor Uranus and Sailor Jupiter settle that little scrimmage they had early on in Sailor Moon S. | Sailor Mars is back with her more powerful flame sniper attack and Sailor Jupiter is no match for it. |
