You gotta love the concept.  Chibi sized senshi battling it out with their powers, and balloons.  This game is a quick thinking strategic exercise that fans of Bust-A-Move will enjoy.  The balloons can only be destroyed if they are inflated and touching another inflated balloon of the same color.  The more balloons popped at once, the more lead balloons will flood your opponents screen.  While the action is fast, control is a little sluggish.  This is a bit of a shame since this game is essentially the sequel to the far superior Sailor Moon SuperS balloons puzzle game.  Some of the backgrounds are pretty cool and the over all presentation is very nice.  However when it comes down to gameplay, I'd much rather stick with the SuperS version.
